WHY DO WE CONTINUE TO FIGHT AGAINST THE STATUS QUO?
MISSION STATEMENT
Together we propose, advocate and support progressive policies and candidates that promote economic, racial, social and environmental justice for all.
WE ARE THE CAUCUS OF THE WORKING CLASS
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
Do you agree that the Democratic Party (Nationally and Locally) has abandoned the working class? Do you feel disempowered and voiceless in the policies and priorities that effect you and your families? Join our Caucus and help us elevate the voice of the working class and fight for progressives policies within the Utah State Democratic Party! Help us recruit progressive candidates! Help us raise progressive donations. Help us develop progressive messaging and grassroot coalitions that get Progressive Democrats elected in Utah! It’s actually, easy… if we organize, out-fund, out-maneuver and out-run the status-quo, REAL PROGRESS IS POSSIBLE!

WANT PROGRESSIVE CANDIDATES IN CONGRESS?
NOMINATE THEM AT CONVENTION!
Late last night, Judge Dianna Gibson threw out the gerrymandered congressional map drawn by lawmakers and selected “Map 1,” the fairer map proposed by the League of Women Voters! This means that, for the first time in years, Utah voters have a real chance to elect representatives who reflect the people—not the power brokers.
But here’s the catch: That chance will vanish if we don’t fill the delegate seats with real progressives—people who believe in democracy, fairness, and a future that serves all Utahns, not just the wealthy few.
In the last cycle, one well-funded local politician stacked those delegate seats to secure a non-progressive, in fact a Republican, on the ballot. It’s likely this same local politician will run for this seat.
If you’ve ever said, “Someone should do something…”—this is that something.
If you’ve ever wondered, “How can I actually make a difference here?”—this is how.
BECOME A DELEGATE!
It’s simple. It’s powerful. And it’s the key to making this new map mean something. You can even vote at convention remotely, though convention is fun.
The easiest way to become a delegate is to show up on Caucus night, March 17th, and nominate yourself.
These hybrid meetings will allow us to network, train, strategize and support progressive political efforts across the state. If you live in or around Salt Lake City and would like to join us in person, let me know and I will give you the address.
This will by a hybrid meeting also available on ZOOM. Subscribers will receive the ZOOM link via email.
